I’m a published author and content creator. I have a passion for engagement, community building, customer loyalty, the customer journey/experience & customer research.

Born on the East Coast of the U.S., in a state with a famous chocolate town and significant Amish community, my first few years were spent falling in love with all four seasons, running through fields and gazing curiously at the neighbor’s farm animals. My family left the pastoral life for the Golden State coast and I was raised amongst the palm trees, beaches & cookie-cutter suburbs of Southern California. Shortly, after earning my master’s degree in real estate (MSRE) in my home state, I had the opportunity to move to Europe full-time and I jumped with both feet! I lived in lovely London for a bit enjoying all the global megacity had to offer. I am now back in a bucolic environment where I can enjoy four seasons, while raising my family amidst stunning nature and farm animals unbelievably close to a city center that consistently ranks in the top ten best places to live in the world. My now second home is a country known for its watches, cheese, skiing, cleanliness, punctuality & world-renowned financial services industry.
